About the Firm Timothy Keiter formed Keiter & Associates in 1992 when he withdrew from a large Portland
law firm. Keiter & Associates is an incorporated law practice founded on the belief that the most appropriate
way to deliver legal services is from a small, high quality, highly automated and efficient office, without the overhead and
administrative costs and delays that are typically associated with a large firm. To
date, that belief has been borne out, as it has been possible to provide the personalized attention, quick service and high

business contracts and agreements, as well as the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and
other business entities, and the representation of both borrowers and lenders in asset-based and other secured and unsecured
lending arrangements. The commercial real estate practice covers all aspects
of the acquisition, ownership, development, leasing and financing of real property.
This includes the purchase and sale of real estate, obtaining local and State land use approvals for development, structuring
and closing of financial transactions, negotiating commercial leases and dealing with easements, boundary problems, environmental
